Does God listen to Prayers that are NOT HIS Will?

Jesus said this to disciples when they asked Lord teach us how to pray
“This, then, is how you should pray:”‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,10 your kingdom come,
your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us today our daily bread.12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.13 And lead us not into temptation,[a]
but deliver us from the evil one.[b]…….."
If we expect God to hear and answer our prayer we need to know God does not contradict His word, or his will, or his commands. So if His will is to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We have to pray His will NOT Man’s will.  I’m glad that pastor stepped down since he would not be praying to The Almighty God. Neither could he expect God to answer his prayers.  The God of creation, the God who made this world, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords watches over his word to perform it. God is NOT interested in answering prayers made to promote man’s imagination, laws, ideas or philosophies, He is God and does not change for majority, minority, or any special interest group, Americans, leaders, demigods etc.   HE IS THE ONLT TRUE GOD!
This is the Word of the Lord
God’s Wrath against Sinful Humanity
18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie,and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
This is the word of the Lord. All Christians who call them selves’ followers of Christ should be defending Godliness and the truth of God’s word, not looking to deny Christ. It has been prophesied and so it is to be expected, that in the last days many will lose their faith, many will fall away, and many will deny Him. just like Peter did before his crucifixion.

Who is created in God's Image and Likeness????

One of the words that came several times over this past weekend and on New Year's Day, was that God Has created us in His image and likeness.
Genesis 1: 27....Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
So I asked the Scientific question
 How is an Image made?
Scientific answer
"Anything and everything you see is light.
We are surrounded by white light. It is in a way wrong to actually say that a car is green and a bus is yellow.. The point here is that the light is a spectrum of different colors, that together makes white. When a green car looks green to us, that means that it actually absorbs the other colors of the white spectrum, hence only reflecting green. Exactly the same with any other object.
All colors look like they do because of their ability to absorb the other colors of the spectrum of light.

A mirror on the other hand simply reflect 90-99% of the light that hits it, hence we see a reflection in it. The  better the  mirror, the better reflection."

So, how I relate my scientific understanding with my spirit understanding??
Just as the moon reflects the sun and becomes it's image to us in the night (DARK)
So then we too are called to reflect God and become His image to the world. Holy Spirit is here to be in each and everyone who allows Holy Spirit to take control. So, it is possible to be the reflection and image of God to the world.
We are called to be the ( mirror )of God's Image  ( It is no coincidence that Jesus says He is the light of the world... "John 95 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”) We Need His light to be able to reflect His image to others. We are called to be light in the dark.   We are to reflect in our mirror of God  Gal 5: 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control.

The Message Bible says it this way(MSG)
"The Life of Freedom Gal: 5 Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you...... What matters is something far more interior: faith expressed in love.......
22-23 But what happens when we live God’s way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard—things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely.
23-24 Legalism is helpless in bringing this about; it only gets in the way. Among those who belong to Christ, everything connected with getting our own way and mindlessly responding to what everyone else calls necessities is killed off for good—crucified.
25-26 Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original."
So may we walk in the light as He is in the light and have fellowship one with the other. Let us encourage each other to be the image and likeness of God. Let us sharpen each other this year. Let us be determined to fellowship as one family as Holy Spirit Jesus and the father are all one.
P.S
Just a reminder we are called to be community and have fellowship, relationship. We are not called to isolation in Christ. It is a Lie from Satan to be encouraged to stay home and do your own thing. There is no example of Jesus doing that.  The only time Jesus was alone was for prayer and fasting and to be tempted of the devil. Many times Jesus asked the disciples to pray with him and they were not able to keep up with His desire to pray, they would fall asleep and leave Him alone to pray. His desire was to do all in community. His desire is that we present His image and likeness to others in our communities. So, let's do that!
